Aluminum pocket gauge for measuring loose and set stones as well as settings ranging from .03 points to 4 carats.  Measures 90mm x 69mm (3-1/2" x 2-3/4").  Center dial rotates with the circles printed with carat weight size and metric size. Reverse side has holes marked with same information and a birthstone chart.
