* We choose the best Zirconia powder and utilize a COLD ISOSTATIC PRESSING system to form shapes. Isotactic pressing is the method of creating ceramic blocks from dry powder and applying uniform pressure from all directions.
* The process involves enclosing the powder into a deformable mold and collapsing the mold using a fluid medium to apply hydrostatic pressure.
* The main advantage of isotactic pressing is the uniform application of pressure, which leads to a very homogeneous density and shrinkage, yielding a very reproducible process.
* The production cost by using isotactic pressing is much higher than UNIAXEL DRY PRESSING. But the quality is also much higher. All Zirconia blocks come with a lifetime warranty Zirconia Blocks Color
* Our Zirconia blocks, are Standard LL0.5

Firing Instruction Firing time:
Firing Chart:
* Sinterization temperature 1600 Celsius 2 hours
* Shrinkage adjusted for 20% RT to 1550-1630 degrees Celsius at 4-5 Celsius per minute, according to the job size.
* Some technicians prefer a lower temperature , others a higher one, which will give more translucency to the piece.
* Cool off at 5 Celsius per minute, until 200 Celsius, not before.
Then open door. Dont forget to decontaminate your sinter oven once a week, or at least once a month. This advice is for every sinter oven in the market, regardless of brand name, or origin.
